We will have 4 group training classes offered throughout the day! Sign up and see what a 60 minute class can do for you!
Sign-ups open March 1st. Each class is limited to 16 people.
Vendors
Ascension Physical Therapy will be around and offering quick exams. MyFitFoods will showcase some of their ready to eat, macro-friendly meals.
