Get trained in proper form to maximize strength, muscle growth and performance. Simple adjustments will help meet every client where they’re at. Whether you are in the middle of a sports season, preparing for one, or training your body to serve, this program will move you to the heights.

Cancellation Policy
- Alert Coach Jayce if you are going to miss a session (50% refund if cancelled 48 hours before start time) - No refunds for missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours of the start time. - All athletes are encouraged to dress modestly - For sessions on Saturday or after 5pm please use the single door entrance on the West Side of the building. - Athletes are permitted to use the gym and locker rooms. We ask that athletes are not wondering around the building. - All athletes should be in good health and medically cleared for all activity.
